The flat is very close to Montparnasse train station, theatres and cinemas, the famous shop Le Bon March, the Saint-Sulpice church and St Germain des Prs.
The two closest metro stations are Saint Placide and Svres Babylone.
The room has a double-size bed, linens and towels are available. The washing room has a shower and a wash basin and the toilets are separated.

Rentings should start on Saturdays. Short stay possible.
