CHARMING STUDIO IN MONTMARTRE

Stay in our lovely little studio, ideal for one or two persons (couple), rue Coustou, two steps from rue Lepic and rue des Abbesses, (Amelies caf in rue Lepic is 40 meters from the door.. )

The quarter is lively and very charming, touristy as well as authentic, bohemian and bourgeois, from small quiet streets with hidden typical Parisian cafs and restaurants to famous places like Amelies caf Les Deux Moulins, Moulin Rouge, Sacre Coeur (the white church) with panoramic view, Place de Tertre ( the artists place), the Dali museum, Pigalles night-life Youll find traditional artisan shops next to fashion boutiques, young creators, art galleries..

Every weekend a big area (including rue Coustou ), becomes pedestrian, rue Lepic is transformed into a lovely market with fresh quality products, outdoor cafs, street musicians.

The apartment, 17 sq.m.(about 200sq.feet), includes a luminous room with sofa-bed (2persons), table, chairs, shelves, dressing, large cupboards, kitchenette fully equipped with cooking plates, fridge, small oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and anything you need to cook, basic products (e.g. olive-oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar) .

A real bathroom with bathtub, - you can take a relaxing bath or a quick shower, toilets, washbasin, shelves and cupboards.

We provide clean linen and towels.

Phone (free local calls as well as FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS to most countries, including mobile phones to the States and Canada), FREE internet access ADSL (wifi/usb) television, DVD, hi-fi, vacumm cleaner, iron, hairdryer..

The main room is newly re-done, with authentic wood parquet on the floor, apparent wood in walls and hand-made kitchen corner. It is clean and bright.

The studio is situated on 3rd floor, no elevator, in a secure Parisian building, with digicode and concierge. The apartments door has a high security lock.

Metro Blanche (line 2) is located 1min from the studio, and in 5minutes walk you reach line 12 (Abbesses and Pigalle) and 13 (Place de Clichy). Several bus-lines, including night-lines, are just as close. Easy access to go everywhere, in 15 minutes you can be at the Champs-Elyses, the Eiffel Tower or at Notre Dame. 10 min or less to Beaubourg, Les Halles (the very centre), Galleries Lafayette, the Opera, Place Vendme..

All commodities like post-office, money-change, bank, supermarket (8am 23pm), bakery, grocery-shops, swimming-hall, cinema, pharmacy 24h etc are situated a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Prices month of July and August (in euros) :
80/night ; 420/week ; 750/two weeks; 1350/month


Prices include electricity, hot water, internet access, phone calls (exept special numbers and mobile phones others than to the States) tax and fees.

A deposit of 200euros will be required in arrival, and returned when leaving if no damages to the apartment.
