Beautiful studio with all facilities (wi-fi, TV, music, kitchen full-equiped, linens...) with a bathroom with shower and independent toilets.

There is a bed for 2(a couple) or one person.

We are a young french couple of 28 & 30. Valerie is an artist working in a museum, I'm an history teacher in Paris and we'd like to rent our studio 2 months for Summer break.
We can rent it in July and August, but we can manage to be flexible for several days.

It is in a very safe area in central Paris, Oberkampf, 2 minutes walk from "le marais" and very near 3 metro stations (Oberkampf / Parmentier).

It is in a very quiet building (with a caretaker) at the 4th and last floor (nobody upstairs !) giving on a yard and not on a noisy street.

Oberkampf street is very fashion and trendy with many shops, bars...

It is oberkampf street 36th (just have a look on a map !).

The flat is often rented to american people who enjoy the area and the flat.

We ask for a deposit and a guarantee.

Rates :
1850 euros / 2 months.
1000 euros for 1 month.
