my boyfriend and i live in aventura (20 min) from the heart of south beach. We have a beautiful 1 bed room/ 1.5 bathroom apartment, fully furnished, cable, internet,eletricity, central aircondition, tennis courts, 2 pools, boat docking, 24 hour door man and security,reserved parking, waterviews from balcony...its awesome.

we would like to swap for a paris apartment of similar comfort INSIDE the city. you can also have use of my blue saab turbo convertable to drive. SERIOUS inquires only.
