If you are interested in renting my appartment, these are the details:

- a beautiful and cozy place for your stays (1-4 months or longer)in Paris 9 near Moulin Rouge, Pigalle and 5mn from les Grands magasins (Les Galries Lafayettes, Printemps...) and Montmartre.
- Period of rent = Any time(I am flexible for any duration as the case may be)
- Rent = 350 /week, 1100/Month
- Extra: 50 euros for cleaning
- Size = 37 m
- Suits single, 2 or a couple
- Charming, clean, calm, 2 large windows
- Furnished(including wardrobes + TV and a big Japanese bed(fits three)+ couch+ Living room equipment
- Independant bathroom (with towels and everything)
- Toilets
- kitchen (with microwave+refrigerator, oven and kitchen equipment...)

All utilities/charges included in the price.

Metro stations: Blanche, Pigalle, Place de Clichy, Notre dame de la Lorette, Trinit, Saint-Lazare.

It is near everything you need during your stay in Paris
