We are renting a recently renovated large 3 bedroom one and one-half bath apartment on the Ile Saint-Germain, an island on the Seine, in a quiet and safe suburb of Paris.



The apartment is available from approximately mid June, 2007 to August 1st, 2008. Rent is 2,250 euros per month plus utilities and renters insurance.



The apartment is located in a modern building and is on the second floor. The apartment has wood floors throughout and a large open "greatroom" with american style kitchen area and patio. The entire apartment is 91.5 square meters or a bit more than 1,000 square feet.


The apartment is semi-furnished. There is also a stacked washer/dryer, building elevator and tandem parking for two cars.


The kitchen is fully equipped for six and contains an oven, a microwave, four vitro-ceramic hotplates, a refrigerator, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen also has utensils and pots and pans.



The close by english-style Parc de l'Ile Saint Germain is great for jogging, strolling and/or playing with the kids. Also within easy walking distance is a very good public elementary school and all necessary shops and resturants.



The apartment is very convenient for working in the 15th and 16th arrondissement, Issy-les-Moulineaux, La Dfense or Boulogne-Billancourt and an easy commute into central Paris.
