Hi,

My husband & I are interested in swapping apartments sometime this summer July or August. We are flexible with our dates.

We live in a beautiful neighborhood (2nd & Poinsettia). Tree-lined streets, quiet, but centrally located. Walking distance to the Grove, shops & restaurants on 3rd & Beverly. 1 mile to Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Because it's permit parking (we'll give you our permit), there is plenty of it.

We live in an entry-level, large, charming, spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with both shower and bathtub. Lots of charm. New modern furniture, no clutter, lots of windows, dining room, hardwood floors throughout. Huge living room, dining room and kitchen are downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. One room is the main bedroom and the other is the guestroom/office.

Great cable, on-demand, hundreds of channels (HBO, Starz...), wireless high-speed internet.
