Hi,



This is a fantastic apartment for rent direct from the owner and is available from the 18th May, preferably for a long-term let.



It has a large salon with american kitchen, but with a proper oven, five-ring gas hob and fridge so you can actually cook properly. There's an oak dining table which seats six comfortably, two sofas (one of which is a sofa-bed) and two leather club armchairs. The flat has lovely wooden parquet flooring throughout. There's a large bedroom with a double bed and antique desk and it also has a walk in dressing room for all your clothes as well as other storage space.



The bathroom has a proper full size bath with an excellent shower overhead. No dribbly apologies for a shower. It works really well. And a separate WC with basin. The washing machine and dryer is a closed cupboard in the bathroom.



There's three large windows looking out onto a cool courtyard and thus it's nice and quiet. You can have wifi, cable TV and phone for an extra 30 euros a month. And the phone is free calls to landlines in most European countries and the States. Gas and electricity are not included and are about 30 euros a month.
