the area is very hip and happening and there are a number of epiceries along the street which are opening till about 1 or 2 in the morning
5 minutes to metro Parmentier
Belleville, where all the cheap supermarkets and asian restaurants are, is just a stone s throw away
Big supermarket just 2 blocks away and Leader Price nearby
NOTE; Price is NOT inclusive of charges and caution is about 1 and a half month rent
We are looking for someone to take the room for a minimum of 1 and a half months but would, of course, prefer someone who will stay long term;
