I am looking to rent my studio.



Available from June 10 onwards, a very nice, clean studio.



It has a cozy room with double bed, desk, closet. Kitchen includes fridge, microwave, electric stove, appliances. Spacious bathroom with bathtub .



Location: Two blocks from Bibliotheque Nationale -in front of river Seine ; close to La Cinematheque . 1 min to the Metro Station and bus stops.

Laundromat in the same block.





Rent : 900 euros/month or 300 euros/week + Security deposit . Rent includes water, electricity ( and cable tv & internet from august onwards) .



This is a non-smoking space: looking for quiet, responsible individual
