An elegant approach to Bordeaux style wine.
High Intensity, deep ruby color with a hint of garnet, intense
berry-cherry and chocolate on the nose as well as the palate. Herbaceous overtones from
heavy oak aging. Tannins
are in the right place, not overly astringent. A well-balanced wine that
produces a feeling of lushness in the mouth. Medium body ready-to-drink
wine.
Stands alone fine, however loves the company of others.
Meat dishes,
Braised Lamb, Beef Tenderloin with sides of green vegetables
