Looking for a quiet, well equiped, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in the Marais. Uniquiness, location and view are a plus. Close to Hotel de Ville would be ideal but not essential. Must have unlimited highspeed internet access (free), tub and shower, full bathroom, non-smokers, no pets, full kitchen with stove, washer and dryer. First or sencond floor okay. Have all major credit cards. I been to Paris many times and am looking for an alternative to a hotel. My wife Connie and i will be staying in Paris for business and pleasure.
