It's 40m2, with 2 rooms (living room and bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom and toilets

The apartment is furbished as follows :

- Separate room (Double bed , shelves etc.)

- Separate kitchen (fully equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, famous chinaware dishes, toaster, cupboards etc. )

- The charges [bills] (electricity, water, Internet etc.) and the weekly maintenance are included in the price.
