New York photographer based in Paris...

I've been subletting a great place for a great deal in Paris for five years but have to move for August 1st because the person I'm subletting from is returning.

I'm looking to rent a space long term from August 1st.

32m2 minimum/800 Euros maximum/unfurnished/

Very luminous and high ceilings would be great

but you can't have everything right?



If the place is old and in bad condition that's fine

as long as there is electricity, running water and toilet.
