New York photographer based in Paris... I've been subletting a great place in

St Germain des Pres for a great price for some years now but the person I'm subletting from is returning so I'll have to move.

I'm looking to rent a space long term starting in the coming months
(move date is flexible).

32m2 minimum...800 Euros maximum... Unfurnished, bright light and high ceilings would be preferable..

but you can't have everything right?



If the place is old and in bad condition that's fine

as long as there is electricity, running water and toilet.
