The room:
The room is huge because it has two levels. The first level consists of a private bathroom, wall to wall closet and has two big windows that bring in a lot of light. This level was used as an office. The loft upstairs is also big and does not come over the first level, so you have a very high sealing. There is enough room to fit a king size bed and a sofa and youd still have plenty of room to walk around. There are also 4 windows for some more light.

The house:
The house is located in Silver Spring
About 15 min ride to Silver Spring Metro
Bus stop 30 sec walk from the house
The street address is off of Burden Parish Way
The common area consists of a large fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a living room with fire place and a deck for summer barbecues.
Washer and dryer in the basement.
There is 1 Parking space that is reserved for the house. Plenty more visitors spots available in the same lot.
Cable 300 + channels
HBO
Wifi internet

The roommates:
1 female roommate (23) who has her room in the basement. Student and very nice.
1 male roommate (22) who has his room on the second floor (across from yours). Student and very nice.

The Rent agreement:
Monthly rent: $850
1 Month security deposit (payable within 2 months)
Utilities are not included but never come up to much at all

It's really a great place! We are 22 and 23. Both students and young-professionals, clean and respectful!
