Idealy located in the heart of Paris, just off the Place de la Bastille, at the 16, rue Saint Sabin, 75011, in a beautiful courtyard, calm and sunny.
It is a split level studio (sleeping 3 people), fully furnished (well equiped kitchen with dishwasher), shower, cell phone, bed & bath linens, etc... with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a single sofa bed in the living area.
The rent is 100 a day, 600 per week for one week or more, or 2200 per month for one month or more (minimum stay : three days). This includes utilities and a housekeeper who will come once a week to clean and change sheets and towels.
The rent is due at your arrival (in euros, cash or check).
