This is a studio in Montparnasse neighbour, especially 22 rue Saint-Amand, in the 15th district.

The flat is on the 7th floor, with a lift. There is a housekeeper and a digital code. There is a big room with a two persons bed, a desk, a table, a large window along all the wall. The flat is very bright.
There is a bath room, with bath, a wc, a bidet, a lavabo, a large entry, a kitchen with all the necessary to cook : oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, a huge fridge and freezer, and a washing machine.

The district is very calm, quiet, left side of the Seine.
