For one of our clients, a global player in the automotive industry, we are recruting a senior project manager who is to supervise and drive the set up of a pan European CRM solution for 17 different countries.

Key responsibilities:
- Day to day pro-active contact and co-ordination of IT division and CRM Agency
- Understand and champion Europe / country database requirements
- From a comprehensive holistic understanding and knowledge of the database infrastructure, data and feed specifications and CRM tools, is able to impact a range of requests, issues and requirements from all key stakeholders
- Maintain an overview and status of all the work and activities being progressed at any one time
- Use understanding of marketing objectives to identify and define initiatives for improvement tasks and activities to the CRM databases
- Identify and define high level business requirements
- Change request and data feed management in conjunction with IT and the CRM Agency
- Impact, assess, prioritize and approve proposals from the CRM Agency
- Assess data quality and database performance from a marketing perspective
- Proactively anticipate and address key issues to drive forward the project
- Ensure that database finances and budgets are managed within provided parameters

The senior project manager will report to the European CRM manager and will be located in the office of the end-client (in Trappes, 20 mins from the center of Paris). Frequent travel across Europe.

Required skills:
- IT background and experience with CRM solutions
- Strong database marketing skills needed
- Have a business perspective: being able to assess business and marketing needs and translate them into IT requirements
- Proactive, tenacious, flexible, autonomous, anticipation
- Analytical, logical and methodical by nature
- Be able to drive progress in an environment with limited resources and technical constraints by proactively managing a range of different stakeholders (business, IT, CRM agency, IT provider, countries)
- Apt to work in an international environment; fluency in English a must, French not required
- Effective coordination and project management skills
- Good diplomacy skills
- Consultancy background a plus
- Minimum of three years experience

Contract:
- Full time, permanent
